To return a
non-personalized item, contact us within 15 business days after
receiving the item to initiate an exchange for another selection or a refund
to the credit card used for the purchase. To return a personalized
item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days after
receiving the item to initiate an exchange for another selection or a refund
to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that we are unable to
refund gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return. Shipping
charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
To return an item, repack
it in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and mail it

For your security, please
return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel
Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for returned items
that are damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an
item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, we will
provide a prepaid return label. Contact us at 214-221-9900, 9 a.m. to 5
p.m., CT., or e-mail us to request a return label.
After a return has been
received, allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be credited to
your credit card account.

recipient's name in the SHIP TO portion of the order form, MAT will
automatically send a postcard to your recipient letting them know that you
have ordered a gift for them.* There is no charge for this service.
